Nakai Consultants is a multinational, female-led, global gender lens consulting firm with locations across Africa and North America. Our success depends on a culture of close cooperation and an international network of diverse women and men committed to improving the world with powered everyday solutions.

We work with NGOs, international CSOs, intergovernmental institutions, Private and Public Sector in areas of gender equality, Women in leadership and various welfare projects to strengthen the rights of those who are most marginalized within society. We also support humanitarian work around the world to help organizations identify and manage their work more efficiently allowing for greater impact on the societies they work in.
